Ten months!

Loves: standing, crawling, "talking," your brother, tasting grown-up food, grabbing everything, meddling in cabinets or boxes, exploring 

Dislikes: walking (you've taken steps when you were distracted but refuse to do it with encouragement), being hungry, thinking you have been left alone, being put down when you think you need to be held, most people other than your (very few) approved few

Clothes: Mostly 9-12 mo or 12 mo. Size 3 shoes

Hair is medium brown, thick and curling behind your ears. Eyes are dark Steel blue.

You are breastfeeding. You eat like a champ and have decided that bottles aren't your favorite (you take them in small doses).  You love a sippy cup. 

you LOVE food. You waste nothing and will beat on your tray or grab the spoon if we are being slow. You feed yourself well but generally make a big mess. You have refused no "table food" recently.

You are super alert and don't want to miss a thing. You fight sleep sometimes. 

Your brother is your favorite person, and as far as big people go, you prefer me and your ReeRee most of the time. Your daddy and Jimbo are next in line. You are ok with a few cousins and others but don't like most people to hold you. 

You love to to talk. You say Mama, Dada, Bubba and ByeBye appropriately. You holler a lot (just loud talking, not fussing).

You like to socialize. You go to the nursery and behave. You have one favorite nursery worker Chelle. 

You wake up for the day between 6-7 and stay awake for a couple of hours before your first nap. 

You like to watch your brother. You enjoy being outside if you can watch whatever he's doing. You love to swing.

You are crawling speedily, usually on hands, one knee and one foot to propel you. You can pull up on anything that will support your weight. You stand unassisted for long periods of time. 

You took your first steps this month!! It was a precious moment in front of the whole family. 
You weigh somewhere around 19 lbs 5.5 oz. You have your fourth ear infection. You will see the ENT next week. I suspect you may get tubes. 

You have two bottom teeth.

You are so sweet and squishy and precious. 

Andrew tells you that he loves you fifty times a day and gives you twice that many kisses.
