2 months (few days late)
Loves: music (we are all about Christmas music on Pandora and the tv music channels), baths (especially if I am in the tub with you), being outside (swinging, rocking, or walking around), eating, riding in the car, sitting up, Christmas lights, ceiling fans
Dislikes: being held "like a baby" (reclining in arms) unless eating, having a wet/dirty diaper, taking vitamins, having your feet touched or tickled (inherited that from me!)
Clothes: wore newborn size for first 3 weeks, at one month now wearing a mix of NB and 0-3mo. Outgrew non-Carter's brand footie pajamas at 3 weeks because of length. Not wearing shoes yet, but I would guess size 1 since the size 2s we have are only barely too big.
Hair is medium brown. Eyes staying gunmetal gray/steel blue. We thought they would change to brown, but they are staying their beautiful color.
You are (still) a great eater! You took to breastfeeding like a champ and also take pumped bottles well.
You are exclusively breastfeeding and have had no formula yet. You eat every 3-4 hours during the day and take 3-5oz at a time (if from a bottle). You go 4-6 hours at night... Great night sleeper.
You are super alert and don't want to miss a thing. You'll usually take one or two good naps a day, but otherwise you catnap. And you sleep much better for me than you do for others.
You love to "talk" and coo, and have started to coo along to music or songs. The itsy-bitsy spider is your favorite. You listen intently to music too. You seem to like traditional country (Merle and Willie).
You are a great traveler and have visited friends and family. You did great at church on Christmas and at Eric's ordination.
I've left you with your Daddy while I work. You've also stayed with your aunt and uncle and your grandparents.
You pretty much sleep anywhere.
We "go to bed" anywhere between 7-10pm depending on when you nurse.
You wake up for the day between 6-7 and stay awake for a couple of hours. You smile a LOT and like to be talked/sung to or played with, or read to.
You like to look at the tv.
You have been out to eat several times and always do great.
You are in size one diapers and 0-3 or 3m clothes. No more newborn. A few 3-6mo things fit. Size 1 shoes.
